Transformative foundational strength is an online membership filled with classes and resources you need to practice gentle & effective total body conditioning. 

What you'll get:

  • Two classes a week. You have the option to participate via Zoom when the class airs (increased accountability!) or stream it when you want throughout the week till next week's classes air.
  • Private FB group where our community can support one another.
  • Support and encouragement from me along the way.

Monday 9:30 am Pilates Mat Flow

Tuesdays at 10:30 am Strength Flow

I started taking Stacey’s classes at Club Pilates two years ago. I knew I liked her from the beginning because of her fun and funny personality and plus-she sings to us in class!

During the past few months of being in quarantine due to covid 19- Stacey has been one of my few constants in my life who have brought me sanity through her classes. She is always changing up her classes to make life interesting. She is super knowledgeable about the human body and is always targeting different parts of the body for continued increased functionality. Her open and warm personality makes her extremely approachable and I have always felt like she takes care of me. Stacey is like a warm blanket and a little piece of home for me.
